1Acceptance of Terms

By accessing 36php at 36php.vu, creating an account, or using any feature of the platform – including live casino games, sports betting markets, and eBingo – you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in full. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the platform.

These terms form a legally binding agreement between you and 36php. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account restriction or closure.

One account per person. Registering more than one account under the same identity – or using another person's identity to register – is a breach of these terms. 36php will suspend duplicate or fraudulently registered accounts and may forfeit any balance held in those accounts.

3Account Security and Responsibility

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 36php login credentials. Your username and password must not be shared with any third party. 36php will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other channel.

All activity that occurs under your account is your responsibility. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify the 36php support team immediately. Until you report an unauthorised access, you remain responsible for all transactions and bets placed through your account.

36php uses OTP confirmation for all withdrawal requests. This is a mandatory security step linked to your registered Philippine mobile number and cannot be bypassed. If your registered mobile number changes, you must update it through the account settings and complete re-verification before withdrawals can resume.

4Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payments

All financial transactions on 36php are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). The platform does not accept foreign currency, cryptocurrency, or credit cards as deposit or withdrawal methods. Supported payment channels include GCash, Maya, InstaPay, and PESONet bank transfers.

9Account Suspension and Termination

36php reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time where there is reasonable belief that:

• The account holder does not meet the eligibility requirements set out in Section 2.
• The account has been used in breach of these Terms and Conditions.
• Fraudulent, deceptive, or abusive activity has occurred on or through the account.
• A self-exclusion request has been submitted by the account holder.
• Regulatory or compliance obligations require the account to be restricted or closed.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these terms, any balance held in the account may be forfeited depending on the nature of the breach. Where an account is closed at the player's request or for non-breach reasons, any verified balance will be returned to the player's registered withdrawal account after standard security checks are completed.

10Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 36php's liability to you in connection with your use of the platform – whether in contract, tort, or otherwise – is limited to the verified balance held in your account at the time a claim arises. 36php is not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental losses arising from platform downtime, odds errors, or third-party payment provider delays.

Nothing in these terms limits 36php's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law.

11Changes to These Terms
